Celine "CeCe" Greene is the gifted daughter of Ezra Greene and Anna Baranova. Despite her young age, she is already causing trouble in the Greene household, especially for her sister Frankie, and has shown the ability to reprogram devices to serve her whim.

Frankie was unable to keep CeCe out of her room. CeCe was able to reprogram her rocking horse to have a hover mode, and was being pursued around the laboratory when Cody arrived to work on a science project with Frankie. During the Velgrox invasion, CeCe was left in the care of Cody and Frankie, who accidentally woke her up with their cheering when the aliens were forced to leave Earth. New Normal

CeCe continued to steal Frankie's tech, despite her father providing her with toys of her own. After more mischief, Cody and Frankie took her for a walk, only for her to escape in her hoverstroller and use the combination from her toy to lock herself in the bank vault. She was rescued by Quickshadow, and returned safely after the island's rescue team tracked the lone Rescue Bot to a nearby parking garage. Arrivals

After an accident with the Minimizer, CeCe grew to giant size and began rampaging through town. The Rescue Bots attempted to lure her away from the houses, only for her to instead take a bath in the sea. She began to have a tantrum when it was nap time and she didn't have her stuffed frog, Pasteur, however Boulder made an adequate substitute, and with High Tide's help the rescue team got her calmed down until Doc Greene could reverse the Minimizer's effects. CeCe required some encouragement from Cody in the form of a game of Simon Says to hold still for a body scan. Unfortunately when she and her father reached the mainland Rescue Bot Training Center, the scan hadn't been properly uploaded, so Doc took her back to Griffin Rock for a nap and a rescan.
