Amphiboid

It's very funny to be a frog. You can dive into the water, and cross the rivers, and the oceans.

Amphiboids are an agile and nimble-toad group of Hybridizors, resembling robotic frogs. Their ability to leap great distances means that they can hoperate under a wide variety of conditions, be it on Cybertron or Earth. Boasting features such as powerful legs and acidic skin, they can dish out a lot of damage; any unwary Transformer who tangles with a particularly iribbitated Amphiboid might wind up croaking.

They are sometimes referred to as Amphibicons. It's a bit confusing, but we assure you that we're not am-phibian.

Springload was an insane Decepticon Amphiboid, who believed that he had been chosen to search for the mythical city of Doradus. After injuring numerous civilians, he was arrested and imprisoned aboard the Alchemor. When the ship crashed on Earth, he escaped and resumed his search in the jungle, unaware that he was on the wrong planet. He was eventually captured by Bumblebee and Strongarm. He later joined up with Steeljaw, serving under Glowstrike's command. Misdirection He stole several components that his new boss required to rebuild the crashed stern of the Alchemor, including a length of cable. Bumblebee's Night Off After the defeat of the Decepticons at Decepticon Island, he came across the Autobots battling over the Sphere of Doradus, and stole it, determined to find its secrets, but wound up breaking it before being put into stasis Sphere of Influence and being shipped back to Cybertron.
