Angolmois Energy cooling device
An Angolmois Energy cooling device (アンゴルモアエネルギー冷却装置 Angolmois Energie reikyakusōchi) is an apparatus that the Maximals created specifically to freeze Angolmois Energy in place and thereby prevent it from destroying Gaia's landscape and all that lived in it. It has also been proven to be effective against Predacons. The cooling devices are sizeable and need to be mounted on a medium-sized vehicle to be made use of.

[edit]Lio Convoy decided that something had to be done about the dangerously volatile behavior of the Angolmois Energy and had three Angolmois Energy cooling devices built. He had these placed on top of the Maximals' vehicles, those being the Yukikaze's twin tenders and the Tako Tank, and sent out his troops to go freeze the various Angolmois Energy eruption sites. The plan started out well, but due to Galvatron spurring Nemesis on eventually the Maximals encountered eruptions that the cooling devices couldn't effectively handle. On top of that, the Predacons attacked to stop the Maximals and undo their work. Bighorn abandoned his ship and with that its cooling device to fight the Predacons and evacuate the animals in the nearby jungle while Diver and Scuba used the cooling devices on their vehicles to keep Gigastorm in place. This only worked until the other Predacons got involved, upon which the Maximals opted to fight them all the regular way. This forced the villains to retreat. Meanwhile, Tripledacus had gotten the idea of fetching an iceberg from up north and bringing it back to deal one decisively blow to the biggest eruption site. Having done just that, he subdued the danger and just for good measure the other Maximals hit the iceberg with a cooling device's ray to seal the site well and truly off.
