Anton Surich is money man for the Carbombian Protection League. Unsurprisingly he doesn't come by money in any conventional or legal ways, and is currently wanted in at least ten countries, including his native Switzerland, for embezzlement.

Transformers Legends anthology

As financier for their venture, Surich accompanied Abdul Fakkadi to a bombed-out university in the south of Betah, for an arms trade with Swindle. Surich suggested to the Decepticon that the C.P.L. might buy bigger guns off him, but Swindle merely claimed that it would take too long, and Fakkadi asked Surich to pay the 'con. No sooner had the money been handed over, than a NATO taskforce swooped in an arrested everyone. Surich was sensible enough to raise his hands and instruct the bodyguards to surrender peacefully.
