Arlene Banas

Arlene Banas (born December 24, 1946) is an American actor. She also made guest appearances on a number of TV shows, including She's the Sheriff, Sledge Hammer!, and The Colbys. She also did voice acting in the Harmony Gold dub of Dragon Ball voicing Upa and Arale Norimaki.
