Battle Beneath the Ice

[edit]

Bill and Jeff went on a sea voyage to Fossil Bluff Station to visit Jeff's father. By the time they arrived, Jeff's father had been called away to the nearby drill site to investigate a new discovery there, so the pair hopped on a plane full of scientists and military types which was also heading for the site. The plane was mysteriously shot down during a blizzard, but Bill survived and managed to find Jeff alive in the wreckage. While the other survivors speculated on who had shot them down, Bill pointed out that they had to find a way to survive the blizzard. Salvation soon arrived in the form of three city-dwellers.

The group of survivors were taken to an underground city and introduced to The Watcher, leader of the city-dwellers. As they were taken on a tour of the city's many marvels, Bill suggested the dwellers must have been proud of their achievement, but they were puzzled by the concept of emotion. The group later relaxed in a lounge, and Bill attempted to get coffee from a food machine, but it produced a liquid that was too hot to drink. After they were joined by Jeff's father, Bill and Neil hung out in the lounge while the others continued on their tour, only for Jeff to later return with the news they'd discovered that the city-dwellers were robots. Ravage revealed that the dwellers were intending to conquer Earth. The small group of humans put a stop to that with the help of the Decepticon and a cartoon Jeff had recorded. Battle Beneath the Ice
