As part of his Wash and Roll plan, Ratbat had the humans hypnotized by the car wash bring their automobiles to the Blackrock Oil Storage Facility where their gasoline could be siphoned out for Decepticon use. Jesse, hypnotized by the Witwicky Wash and Roll, drove to the Facility with Buster following.
