Carmen Sheila (b. March 19, 1941, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — May 16, 2024) was a Brazilian actress, voice actress and voice director.
As a voice actress, she is best known as the voice of Cheetara on Thundercats. Other roles include Dee Dee on Dexter's Laboratory, Skeeter on Muppet Babies, Elmyra on Tiny Toon Adventures, Tootie on The Fairly OddParents, and many other cartoon girls with a limited understanding of respecting another's space and privacy.
