The Central Library is America's storehouse of every paper and book that's published. Located in a converted warehouse, it has multiple floors and a glass façade.

[edit]Quest for the AllSpark
[edit]Looking for somewhere to conceal the fake AllSpark he was carrying, Optimus Prime picked the Central Library, at that point closed for the night. Unfortunately a clearance 'bot, Crush-A, attacked him there, and he and Ratchet were forced to call in the rest of the Autobots as backup. Once their full force was assembled, the Autobots fought Crush-A but had little success until someone realised that the 'bot was being remote controlled. Bumblebee found Doctor Cornelius Lighthouse controlling Crush-A from a glass-walled room overlooking the library floor. The scientist admitted his plot in trying to get hold of the AllSpark, and was arrested by police. The state of the library afterwards is best not thought about. Quest for the AllSpark

[edit]- Due to the multipath nature of the book, it's unclear if Central Library is located in Los Angeles, New York City, or Detroit.
- In an alternate path, the confrontation instead occurs at the Jam Jar Club in Detroit.
