A cigar is a tube of dried tobacco leaves. They are designed so that a human can place one end in his mouth and light the other end on fire and puff the resulting smoke.

They are apparently also referred to as stogies.

Abner tossed the cigar while mocking the idea that somebody would attack the train they were defending. The train was soon attacked by the Insecticons' locomotive mode. Hearts of Steel #2

Mark Twain enjoys cigar smoking. He once used a lit cigar to ignite a natural gas leak in a home occupied by Ravage. Hearts of Steel #3

• Kup was introduced in All Hail Megatron chomping on a cigar-like object as a form of humanizing. This caused significant enough fan commentary that Shane McCarthy belatedly hung a lampshade on it. Nevertheless, an in-fiction explanation was later retconned for it by Nick Roche in the All Hail Megatron Coda.
