Confuddlebot is an Energonicon from the Angry Birds Transformers continuity.

You wouldn't think the Minion Pigs could get any dumber, but you'd be wrong. Confuddlebot can create an IQ-sapping energy field that turns the marginally-threatening Minions into even worse soldiers... for a bit, at least.

Confuddlebot can be created by placing three Common Energon Crystals inside the machine at the Pig Lab in Hog Head Mountain, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. It may not appear in the roulette, and you may get another Energonicon or an Uncommon Crystal instead.

When activated, Confuddlebot completely throws off enemy aim for a short amount of time, causing their blasts to miss the player. The effect lasts longer the more stored-up energon cubes you have upon activation. While this works fine on all varieties of Minion Pig and even the Walking Mortar Towers, the missiles aren't affected and will still home in on you with deadly accuracy. Angry Birds Transformers

  • So if Ghostbot's effect is dispelled when the Transformer attacks, and Confuddlebot not, why the reverse in rarity difference? Maybe it has to do with the fact that Ghostbot is just a little more expensive.
  • Like all Energonicons, Confuddlebot was originally created via Materials, but this was changed in a March 2020 update. Previously, it took a combination of 1 Birdium, 1 Anger Chip, and 1 Super Rareium or 1 Badness Processor and 2 Anger Chips to get Confuddlebot as a possible prize on Professor Pig's roulette contraption.
    • Go for the latter recipe, please. Don't spend a Super Rarium if you don't have to.
