D.C. Douglas (born on February 2, 1966) is an American actor, voice actor, writer and director. In addition to his extensive film and television credits, his voice credits include Albert Wesker in the Resident Evil series, Raven in the Tekken series, Yoshikage Kira in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, Legion in the Mass Effect series, Suguru Kamoshida in Persona 5, X Drake in One Piece, Shoot McMahon in Hunter × Hunter, Azrael in BlazBlue, and Colonel Rawls in the final season of Regular Show.

He totally got eaten by a shark in Sharknado 2.
