Ernie saw Doc Greene's out-of-control solar car speeding through Griffin Rock. Hotshots He attended the Lobster and Technology Festival which resulted in a Flobster infestation. Flobsters on Parade During an apparent alien invasion, he attempted to escape the island on the ferry, only for it to become overloaded. The Alien Invasion of Griffin Rock When the town was snowed in thanks to a malfunctioning weather machine, Ernie lost control of his car on a bridge and almost took out Dani Burns — his car was fortunately halted by Heatwave. Christmas in July He was among those who witnessed the demonstration of the Minimizer in the Hall of Inspiration, Small Blessings and was, with the rest of the town, transported to the Sanctuary cavern by tracer bugs. Countdown Ernie attended the opening of the Sky Forest. Sky Forest He was among the onlookers as the rescue team dealt with Mr. Cullen's crashed rocket. One for the Ages
After the sea around Griffin Rock froze, trapping the ferry, Ernie was among those who made the ill-advised decision to join Don in driving to shore, and had to be rescued by the Rescue Bots as the ice melted. Tip of the Iceberg He was present for the rescue of a doll from Old Hawkins Well. Later, mesmerized by a cellphone, Ernie joined other townsfolk in hunting for Cody Burns. Spellbound He attended the pouring of the first maple syrup of the season, and was present when Nancy Morrison was rescued from the lion enclosure at the zoo. Prescott's Bots He attended the launching of the Asgard, Space Bots and a scooter race, and was later on hand as Vigil arrived in town. The Vigilant Town Ernie was among the crowd at an ill-fated dog show, and later fled the dedication of Pynch Square when a robot dog ran wild. Rescue Dog He took shelter in the Sanctuary caverns when Dr. Morocco's weather machine threatened the island. Changes He was also on hand when the Power Planter was hit by lightning. Movers and Shakers The entire population, including Ernie, were forced to seek higher ground when the island began sinking. Rise of the Heroes
On another occasion when Griffin Rock was flooded, Ernie was trapped on a rook and had to be rescued. Unfinished Business He engaged in rubbernecking when the bakery caught fire, Bugs in the System and attended a showing of Attack of Humungado which prematurely ended when the projector caught fire. The Attack of Humungado He was also in attendance at the dedication of the Mayor Luskey Clock Tower in multiple timelines. Time After Time He became stuck in a traffic jam when another car broke down. Four-Legged Hero He watched Maura the Magnificent's magic act and on a later occasion, volunteered to help Maura climb into a barrel so she could go over Griffin Falls. More than Meets the Eye He took part in the Griffin Rock Idol auditions I Have Heard the Robots Singing and was present for the opening of a time capsule which resulted in the entire island being teleported to the Arctic. Along with much of the rest of town, Ernie was abducted by the Velgrox, only to find that the Rescue Bots were actually aliens too. New Normal He later attended a fair and watched Boulder paint. Bridge Building A fire at the gas station resulted in Ernie falling into a pit and injuring his ankle. He was rescued from the flames by a new Rescue Bot, Quickshadow. Plus One Ernie attended All Spark Day celebrations All Spark Day and an ill-fated Brash Ball game which ended when the Insta-adium deflated. Part-Time Heroes
