Dark Combination Spark

The herald of Unicron known as Grand Scourge possesses the Dark Combination Spark (ダーク・コンビネーションスパーク Dāku Konbinēshon Supāku), an evil inverse of the Combination Spark granted by Primus. It allows Grand Scourge to forcibly combine with components and even individuals against their will.

During battle with Optimus Prime, Grand Scourge managed to dislodge his Digger-3 drill tank unit from its place on his leg, toppling Optimus. Grand Scourge then detached Flame-3 from his right arm, replacing it with Optimus's Digger-3, and attacked him with a diving double drill press!
