Drillsmash can be created at the Professor Pig's Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Drillsmash shoots beams that penetrate blocks and pigs, like Shockwave's weapon or light-speed mini-drills. It keeps shooting longer the more Energon stored up.

But why is the Snipernaut the same level and the Photoblast ranked higher, when they don't penetrate? Maybe it's that the Drillsmash deals less damage, and that's why.
