Electromagnetic Nunchaku, how do they work?!

The preferred melee weapon of the Breastforce, Electromagnetic Nunchaku (電磁ヌンチャク Denji Nunchaku) are one of the most versatile weapons in the Decepticon arsenal. They usually appear as double-ended spears, but they can become segmented at their owner's will, allowing them to be used as whips, bolas, and—as their name suggests—nunchaku. If that wasn't enough, they are also charged with power, allowing the user to deliver a hefty shock to their opponent.

As the combined form of the Breastforce, Liokaiser has his own, scaled-up version of the weapon. The combiner's Electromagnetic Nunchaku has the added ability to create ring-like projectiles, able to launch their spikes or slice into foes. If an enemy somehow dodges the ring coming and going, it will simply reattach to Liokaiser's weapon, ready to be thrown again.

Leozack unleashed his Electromagnetic Nunchaku in battle against Star Saber, whirling the ends like a nunchaku, and using it to shock Star Saber. Star Saber grabbed one end in his hand before decking Leozack with a punch. Later in the fight, Star Saber sliced the weapon in half with his sword. Attack! Leozack Leozack used it again to fight Star Saber during the attack on the Ocean Exhibition, parrying Star Saber's sword strikes with it in its spear configuration. Striking Star Saber with the nunchaku, he wrapped it around his opponent's arm, delivering a powerful shock. Though Star Saber knocked the Nunchaku out of his hand, Leozack was able to materialise more of them, wrapping two of them around Star Saber and shocking the Autobot leader. Move Out! Rescue Team

During another energy-stealing mission, Leozack fought Star Saber with a nunchaku, allowing the Thunder Arrow to make its getaway. He threw it at the Autobot leader before trying to blow up the storage base. Explosion!! The Energy Base While in the midst of another fight, Leozack deployed one in combat with Blacker, using it to block laser fire and parry sword blows. Big City - Underground Terror Leozack lashed Star Saber with his Nunchaku after Hellbat hypnotised the Autobot, but was forced to drop it when Braver used his scanner to give the Decepticons an instant headache. The weapon was shredded by Star Saber's sword a short time later. The New Warrior - Hellbat

Killbison used an Electromagnetic Nunchaku while training with Drillhorn, drawing the other Decepticon out of the ground with it. Leozack later utilised one in battle with Star Saber, making an unsuccessful strike. Attack the Shuttle Base!! After Leozack threw an Electromagnetic Nunchaku at Star Saber, the Autobot leader picked it up and used it himself, deflecting the nunchaku of the rest of the Breastforce. He went on to use it to knock aside Killbison, Jallguar and Hellbat, before impaling Drillhorn through the chest. Dude! Tanker Hijack Operation

Killbison used an Electromagnetic Nunchaku when fighting Braver on a tanker. The results of that fight weren't clear, but Leozack unleashed his on Star Saber a short time later, only for it to be shattered. Rescue Jan!! While collecting energy in Canada, Killbison menaced Tacklemach with his nunchaku, but it ended up wrapped around a tree after the Autobot ducked. A later attempt by Leozack to use his on Star Saber went about as badly. Mach and Tackle During a battle in the asteroid belt, the Breastforce used their nunchaku like whips, wrapping Star Saber's torso and shocking him until he was able to break his bonds. Hellbat used one to fight Star Saber during an energy-stealing mission on the planet Micro, only for the end to be shattered by Star Saber's sword. Planet Micro - The Mysterious Warrior While attacking Micro's lunar prison, Leozack and Killbison fought Star Saber with their nunchaku. Star Saber used Leozack's to hoist the Decepticon into the air, before severing it and causing Leozack to fall on Killbison. Rescue! Guyhawk During another battle on Micro, the Breastforce trapped Star Saber in a ring of nunchaku, creating an electrified cage. Unfortunately Star Saber was easily able to use his sword to knock the weapons aside, and rapidly defeated the Breastforce as they charged him. The Breastforce revealed their own trump card: the combiner Liokaiser who possessed his own version of the Electromagnetic Nunchaku. He used its spinning spike rings to great effect, and Star Saber was only saved from defeat by the intervention of God Ginrai. Unite! Liokaiser

While trying to steal energy from the Schaeffer Energy plant, Liokaiser again fought Star Saber, wrapping an Electromagnetic Nunchaku around the Autobot commander's neck. As Star Saber held the building's main tower up, Road Caesar fought at length with Liokaiser, receiving large amounts of damage from the nunchaku before Star Saber was able to come to his aid. Battle Up of Wrath!! During a later battle in the Antarctic, Liokaiser managed to slice Galaxy Shuttle with his nunchaku. Fight to the Death!! Antarctic Battle

An oil field raid led the Breastforce to be confronted by Greatshot, who shrugged off an attack from Leozack's nunchaku. All six of the Breastforce were soon chased off. Crisis! Ambush in the Desert Leozack, Guyhawk and Hellbat used their Electromagnetic Nunchaku to attach a bomb to Star Saber, which did a heap of damage to his V-Star. Star Saber later managed to knock Liokaiser's nunchaku out of his hands. A Deadly Battle

The Breastforce attempted to use their nunchaku against Victory Leo as he left the Mount Asama energy plant, to little effect as he simply jumped out of the way. Awaken! Victory Leo Leozack's nunchaku at least proved effective later against the Brainmasters. The Tide Is Turned! The Ultimate Weapon, the Victory Unification However Liokaiser's Electromagnetic Nunchaku was broken on Victory Saber's sword during another fight. A Mystery?! The Deception of the Base Bombs

During one of Leozack's grumpier moments, he attacked Hellbat with a nunchaku, but was unable to connect and Hellbat eventually talked him around by coming up with another plan to steal energy. During said plan, Liokaiser ended up fighting Victory Saber again, and had a little more luck, slicing the Autobot with a nunchaku. Unfortunately Victory Saber then used the weapon against him, grabbing the other end of the nunchaku and flinging the combiner aside. The Terror of the Giant Tidal Waves Liokaiser fought Victory Saber once more, utilising both an Electromagnetic Nunchaku and his gun, but to no avail. He was knocked into the barrel of Deathsaurus's Planet-Destroying Fortress by Victory Leo and apparently killed. Showdown! The Fortress vs the Victory Unification

Leozack employed an Electromagnetic Nunchaku Star Break against Star Saber which turned out to be wildly effective. Unfortunately he then went to finish off Star Saber with his Breast Animal, only to realise he'd left it at home. Leozack's Rampage! Drillhorn and Killbison wielded a nunchaku each during a fight they lost against Star Saber. Star Saber, Warrior of Love!

Part of the fifth HasLab crowdfunded figure related to the Transformers brand, the first physical representation of the B̶r̶e̶a̶s̶t̶ Chest-force's signature weapons constitute the Tier 2 unlock for the Legacy Liokaiser box set. The Electromagnetic Nunchaku consist of six modular segments (one for each member of the team) that can be interconnected via chain segments borrowed from MP-5 Megatron<ref name = "Megacon"/> (like HasLab Deathsaurus before them) to form a combined weapon for Liokaiser.
As a Tier 2 unlock, the Electromagnetic Nunchaku will only see production if Liokaiser goes above and beyond the 10,000 backer minimum to hit 16,000 backers by March 24, 2025. That goal was met on March 6, ensuring backers that their Liokaiser will come even more fully armed, after gaining the Combiner's other arm.
