Erector is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.
Ha HA! Dangly parts.

Erector pops up where you least expect him! He works as a construction foreman, and is very conscious about protecting surrounding architecture during wartime.

Erector appeared in the audience for The Motor Master's Stunt Convoy show. He was mightily amused at Wildrider's crude remark about the size of Grandus's posterior. The Stunti-Con Job

  • His design is broadly similar to his G1 counterpart, only Animated-ized. The notable exception is that his exhaust stacks point up in robot mode, rather than forward.
  • Erector's Transformers Hall of Fame nomination video showed off a full-body design for Animated Erector, claiming he would have formed essentially the entire lower half of Devastator... in other words, the pants. Like everything else in that video, this is entirely false.
  • Erector's clone Skipjack shares a body-type with him.
  • His name is still hilarious.
