Eufronio R. Cruz (born 1934 in the Philippines) is a background and model designer, though he is better known as a comic artist. As E.R. Cruz, he drew for Marvel Comics (Moon Knight, Doctor Strange), DC Comics (Weird Mystery Tales, G.I. Combat, Jonah Hex) and even G.I. Joe in 3-D for Blackthorne. In the mid-80s, he became involved in animation, working as a background and character designer on "The Transformers: The Movie" and season 3 of The Transformers. Other shows he worked on included G.I. Joe, The Real Ghost Busters, Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars!, and Captain Planet and the Planeteers.
