Major General Fellows Mashivingo is the leader of the Human Accessory Force, a group of humans allied with Starscream. He was once a rebel in the Eastern Congo, but became a hunted fugitive. Now he has powerful allies, who can supply him with both power and gold.

The Veiled Threat

Mashinvingo and his men intercepted Careful Chifungwe's beer delivery truck, the General introducing himself to the startled driver and showing off his Decepticon allies. They drove to a site at which dam construction materials were stored, and mocked the guard when he asked for their papers. While the Decepticons attacked the site's security, the General and his men raided it of construction materials. The Veiled Threat
