Harin Vashrutha is a mercenary, and has been since he left Johannesburg at the age of 19. He currently works guarding a stockpile of material in Zambia, intended for use in building a dam on the Zambezi River. He's seen a lot in his time as a mercenary, but is no fool, and knows when a job is too much trouble.

The Veiled Threat

[edit]

Vashrutha was at the main guardhouse when a jeep, a beer delivery truck, a pickup, and a garbage truck arrived. He approached the jeep, and was mocked by Major General Fellows Mashivingo and his men. When he refused them entry, the pickup truck transformed into Dropkick and ripped the gate open. Vashrutha fired his Kalashnikov at Dropkick futilely, before Macerator magnetically yanked it out of his hands, chewed it and then spat it at Vashrutha's feet. As vehicles drove in, one of the armed men in the beer truck jumped out and stole Vashrutha's portable television. At this point, he decided the only thing left to do was quit, and ran off into the forest.

Dropkick later used the man's image as a holographic driver. The Veiled Threat
