Frank Pelletier is a human from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise portion of the live-action film continuity family.

Frank Pelletier is one of Director Theodore Galloway's NSA colleagues and a good friend.

Pelletier was accompanying Galloway on a flight to Washington, D.C. when Galloway noticed that Hoover Dam had mysteriously disappeared from government watch lists, and asked Frank to tell the pilot to divert to Las Vegas. Nefarious #2 At Nellis Air Force Base, the pair switched to a helicopter. Frank was amused by Galloway telling Captain Cox to disregard orders not to go to Hoover Dam, as it reminded him of Lennox's attitude.

Unfortunately the watch list changes and false orders had been put in place by the shadowy organisation named the Initiative, which was launching an operation at Hoover Dam. The Initiative unleashed a mind-controlled Ransack on the two military helicopters. One was destroyed, and the other which Galloway and Pelletier were riding in was shot down. Nefarious #3 In the aftermath of the crash, they continued to come under attack from Ransack, and Pelletier was pierced through the side by a piece of debris. Galloway managed to desperately keep Ransack distracted from the helpless Frank until Skids and Mudflap turned up and fought the Decepticon off.
