Gob is a Decepticon Micron from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
But still: where did the lighter fluid come from?

Gob is one of Serpentor's personal Microns, along with Zad. The two can combine to form the Serpent Scepter.

Gobu transforms from a robot cobra into a hand-held saw-bladed axe-thing weapon. He has multiple 5 mm posts and holes as part of the Arms Micron play pattern, allowing him to be combined with other Mini-Cons to form bigger and more ridiculous weapons.
Gobu was initially available through Gacha capsule vending machines, first appearing in early June of 2012. Gobu 2 came in a clear-pink capsule. On August 20 of 2012, he was released as part of the Arms Micron Gum series.

  • Gob's name is only mentioned in Jesse Wittenrich's tweet explaining how to form the Serpent Scepter.<ref>Jesse Wittenrich's tweet: How to use Gob & Zad to make the Serpent Scepter. You'd use the purple versions of course.</ref> Wittenrich was using the name that this wiki had used for Gobu at the time, before consistency with other Arms Micron names was decided on.
