The Serpent Scepter is a Micron-formed weapon from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sadly doesn't evolve into Seviper.

The Serpent Scepter is one of Serpentor's weapons, a bladed staff formed from the combination of the Microns Gob and Zad.

The Serpent Scepter is formed by pegging both Microns' handles into Serpentor's 5 mm fist holes, with Gob forming the weapon's head and Zad its shaft.
