[edit]Ratchet and Buster hurried Sparkplug Witwicky to Greater Portland Medical Center after Jazz had caused him a heart attack. Sparkplug was promptly admitted and treated by one Dr. Garret and two of his colleagues. With the operation a success, Buster finally had a moment to reflect on what had happened and called Jesse and "O" for emotional support, requesting them to come to the hospital. They did, arriving some time after Sparkplug had regained conscious. Meanwhile, Ratchet, who had been waiting in the hospital's garage in his alternate mode, was confiscated by two paramedics who needed an ambulance to get to a cardiac arrest case. The Last Stand
The paramedics returned Ratchet soon enough, once they had established that the cardiac arrest was actually an overdose of hot mustard. Buster was already outside searching for him, and the two began to discuss the situation thus far. This greatly confused both the paramedics and two other employees, the former of which began to search the ambulance from front to end to find the hidden tape deck they suspected to be there. Ratchet eventually scolded them for their lack of manners, at which point all four employees fled the garage. Buster and Ratchet decided it was better if they left to check on the situation at the Ark. The New Order
