Icepick (PCC)

Icepick is a Decepticon from the movie continuity family (via the Power Core Combiners line).
Well I've got news for you. I think old people are really boring. And the only reason you don't understand our music is because you don't like it!

Icepick has no respect for his elders. Or, in fact, for anyone less technologically-advanced than himself and his fellow combiners. He believes they're fit for the scrap heap, and he's only too happy to send them there himself; outmoded Autobots and Decepticons alike had best steer clear of this frigid fanatic.

Icepick prefers not to do his cold-blooded work alone, though, and typically seeks out the assistance of a partner. Whether it's his Mini-Con Chainclaw or the nefarious Sergeant Chaos, Icepick favors having another set of hands to better bring about others' pain and suffering.

Power Core Combiners

Part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners, Icepick transforms into a treaded snow-plow vehicle of probably-made-up model. Unlike most Power Core Combiners Commander figures, Icepick does not have 5 mm post holes in or near his hands to allow him to wield his Mini-Con partner in a gun- or melee-weapon-like manner. He has some sweet claws, though, and the hardpoint on his right shoulder allows him to use a Mini-Con's weapon mode as a shoulder-mounted emplacement. A flip-up Powerlinx socket on his chest allows him to use Mini-Cons as armor. He also has a secondary "power up" mode, in which he forms a super robot torso; in this configuration he can use the drone-limbs from any 5-pack set to make a new super-robot.
He was sold in a set with his Mini-Con partner Chainclaw.
During the period between 26 December 2010 and 31 January 2011, Hasbro ran their "Supercharge Your Holidays" promotion: for every $20 spent on Hasbro-branded product, customers could receive a free, random product from a list provided by Hasbro. Among the items on the list was "Transformers Combiners & Speed Stars Mini Vehicle". According to this discussion thread on Allspark.com, Icepick with Chainclaw was one of the figures distributed.
This mold was also used to make Rollermaster.

Icepick was also made available as part of a Walmart-exclusive Black Friday "Value Pack", combining a 5-pack team with a Commander 2-pack via packaging tape and a couple of stickers, for the whopping price of ten bucks, merely a third of what the two toys would normally cost.
So far, Icepick has been found attached to the Grimstone/Dinobots, Mudslinger/Destructicons, and Steamhammer/Constructicons sets.

Part of the first wave of Dark of the Moon Human Alliance Triple Changer figures, Icepick has two different alternate modes. He transforms into a snowmobile that any Human Alliance "human" figure can ride, as well as a "hoverbike" mode with a gigantic frickin' chainsaw hanging off the front. This mode can also be used as a weapon by any figure that uses 5mm peg-holes. He comes with two c joint weapons which can be attached to weapon-mounting bars located on the back and on the skis of the vehicle, which end up near his hands and chest, respectively. His head is rather pointedly based on a hockey goalie's mask, although he does appear to have a 'genuine' face under the transparent purple plastic of his visor. He comes with his human partner Sergeant Chaos. His 5mm peg has a tiny hole in it which is the exact size to allow a Mini-Con to combine with him.

As part of a Kmart-exclusive Human Alliance set featuring Icepick, Sergeant Chaos, and Sideswipe released in mid-2011, Icepick is now sporting black and orange akin to Universe Snow Cat, another snow-faring Decepticon.
Weirdly, he has tampographs of the Autobot Alliance symbol as well "Autobot Alliance" written down his sides in vehicle mode, despite still being a Decepticon according to the bio in which he is hunting down Sideswipe with the help of Sergeant Chaos. His instructions also designate him as an Autobot, as well as giving him different weapon placements in both vehicle and weapon modes, as well as different ski positioning in weapon mode. Maybe he was originally going to be a new Autobot character?
No, Sideswipe cannot actually use Icepick's weapon mode. The back of the box photoshopped Icepick in weapon mode over Sideswipe's right hand, but a sticker stating "SIDESWIPE CANNOT HOLD WEAPON" was added. Weird release all around.
