Invisibility Scrambler
In the Autobots' war against the Decepticons, the power of invisibility on a large scale is such a great strategic advantage that possessing it could signify victory for whichever side which masters it. There is a way to counter such a power however, in the form of the Invisibility Scrambler. The Invisibility Scrambler is an "odd-looking machine" that hums when activated.

[edit]The Invisibility Scrambler was invented by Sarah Sanders to counteract her previous invention, the Invisibility Device, when it fell into Decepticon hands. Though it took some convincing to get Sarah to lend her expertise to the Autobot cause due to her pacifist nature, she eventually relented after Hot Rod saved her from Dirge. Two days later, the Invisibility Scrambler was completed and used by Ultra Magnus to thwart the Decepticons' attack on Autobot City. The Invisibility Factor
