Joëlle Fossier (b. October 12, 1950) is a French actress and playwright.
In theater, she wrote and directed various plays since the 1980s. At the same time, she practices dubbing. She notably dubbed Deborah Shelton in various series, including as Nikki Newman in The Young and the Restless. Her voice roles also include Cherie Lunghi as Queen Guinevere in Excalibur, Arkie Whiteley as the Warrior Woman in Mad Max 2 and Bess Armstrong as Dr. Kay Morgan in Jaws 3-D.
In animation, she is the voice of Mary Sawyer in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Sue in Pac-Man, Pizzazz in Jem and The Holograms, Catra in She-Ra: Princess of Power and Electra in Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.
