John Ortiz

John Ortiz (born May 23, 1968) is an American actor. Debuting in Carlito's Way, Ortiz frequently appears in the films of director Michael Mann, and also plays the recurring villain Arturo Braga in the Fast and Furious series. He is currently a regular on Mayans MC.
