Juan Carlos Vázquez
Juan Carlos Vázquez (born January 1) is a Venezuelan voice actor. His dubbing career began around 1985, and ended in 2003. However, in 2008, he began to dub occasionally for certain productions.
He is prolific in both dubbing and TV, and he has had some memorable roles; in dubbing, he is known for voicing Plucky Duck from Tiny Toon Adventures (before being succeeded by Juan Guzmán), Ace Ventura from Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Jeff Corwin in Going Wild! with Jeff Corwin (his eponymous series), Gaudi Gabriev from Slayers, Daniel the Platypus from Taz-Mania, Héctor from Heathcliff, Oon from Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, both Spider and Dracky from The Comic Strip, Claude Tavarez from Beyblade, Torombolo from The New Archies, Revvin' Evan from Jay Jay the Jet Plane, and Randy from Tales from the Crypt.
In TV, he is fairly known all throughout Venezuela for his multiple marionettes that have been icons in Venezuelan television. An example of his well-known marionette is Doña Griselda, which is an iconic character that has given his/her voice in various audiovisual productions and programs, like La Bomba from Televen, El Batacazo from TVES, and La Dama y el vigilante.
