Katsuhiro Kitagawa
Katsuhiro Kitagawa (北川 勝博; Kitagawa Katsuhiro) (born October 7, 1958) is a Japanese voice actor. In anime he's the voice of Ningame in the Naruto franchise, Doug Vreiss in Blue Gender, Shigeo Morishita in Hikaru no Go, and Shelby M. Penwood in Hellsing.
Though his roles in dubbing are more prolific including Fred Flintstone in various Flintstones projects, Ecliptor and Michelangelo in Power Rangers in Space, Ultra-Humanite in Justice League, Microchip in Spider-Man (1994), Oaken in Frozen, Old Timer in the Toy Story franchise, Major Salt, MD in Outbreak, Howard in 10 Cloverfield Lane, Professor David Jennings in National Lampoon's Animal House, Pete Savage in The Batman and the Disney character Pete following the passing of the late Toru Ohira.
