Kim Strauss
Kim Strauss (born August 2, 1968) is an American actor and hypnotist. Among his better-known roles are Ninjor on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Scorpius on Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy, Jinxer on Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue, Dino Tyranno on DinoZaurs: The Series, Colonel Dewey Novak on Eureka Seven, Cannon Vulcan on Gungrave, Shigeki Arakawa in the second dub of Patlabor 2: The Movie, Urita in The Way of the Househusband, Ibiki Morino on Naruto and several characters on Bleach. In the realm of live action, he played Dr. Reese Walker on The Young and the Restless, the Drazi Ambassador, among others, on Babylon 5 and Ari on ER.
