Knotzel

Knotzel is a member of the Arcade Renegades from BotBots.
Can't talk. Making pretzels with Brother Gunter.

Knotzel is a little twisted and has a strange sense of humor, she loves nothing more than a good prank on her fellow bots, especially if it involves a pretzel pun or two.

Knotzel was briefly hanging out with the Lost Bots, but Clogstopper failed in his lookout duties, which left her exposed in pretzel mode when the security guard Dave rolled by in his new scootmobile, eager to test out it's mechanical arms to provide him with extra-no-effort food. Luckily for her, Dave was unable to get them to work, and then lost control of the machine completely, getting is wedged in the up-escalator. When Dave left for the elevator to approach the stuck scootmobile from above, Knotzel was free to go back to robot mode and give the Lost Bots a piece of her mind, and rejected their offer to join them for karaoke. Rage Against the Karaoke Machine

Knotzel joined the other BotBots in trying to emulate Clogstopper, as he was the only BotBot to have been bought by a human and taken from the mall and brought back. He said the humans called him "defective", and thus, everyone else (who was unfamiliar with the word) decided to try and be defective too in order to protect themselves from the human threat. Knotzel took part in his mud-yoga class in one of the mall's planters, and ended up face-first in the filth when Kikmee tried to out-yoga everyone and ended up knocking them all over. Scanned Out

With the mall under siege by killer security bots following Dave's firing, Knotzel joined the Hunger Hubs to see their attempt to stop the marauding machines: a ceiling-suspended shopping-cart battering ram that knocked them into the mall's fountain. However, this victory was short-lived as the security bots then kicked into their even deadlier "emergency defense mode", and Knotzel fled the scene. Shopping Brawl

She attended Spud Muffin's scientifically-proven funnest party ever, bearing witness to the emergence of the "Gamesmaster", who told the BotBots of the greatest of all BotBots challenges: the Goldrush Games! Knotzel watched the Games as a spectator, cheering on the various competing squads. When Burgertron used a can of spray-cheese to spritz himself into a photo-finish tie in the Dumpster Dive Relay Race, Knotzel asked if using the cheese can was cheating. But Burgertron quickly countered that the Gamesmaster had just moments prior said that the trash in the dumpsters could "help ye or hurt ye", and the trophy-bot was forced to admit it was a legal move. The Goldrush Games - Part the First She continued to watch the games, and was witness to Spud Muffin's ultimate win, which led to his ultimate downfall as his numerous plots and schemes were revealed. • Arcade Renegades Surprise (16-pack, 2019)
  • Series: 3
  • Level: 1 Star
Part of the third series of BotBots, Knotzel transforms into a big soft pretzel.
She is available in all iterations of the "Arcade Renegades Surprise" 16-pack; all eight new-mold Bots (of which Knotzel is one) are displayed in the window portion of the packaging, with the redecos of prior molds in the eight blindpacked bubbles. The blindpacked contents vary, with six known "packouts": one has the remaining eight Arcade Renegades, while the other five have four Renegades and four Bots from -inexplicably- Series 1. A tiny number printed on the back next to Sweet Cheat in the mural tells you the contents of those blindpack bubbles: the number you want is 6, which is the all-Renegade set.
This mold was also used to make Bretzel and almost used to make The Dooks, but that figure was cancelled.
