Andromeda reported on Leadfoot giving a talk to the Ministry of Higher Dimensional Sciences about rechargeable electro-cells. The Initiative maintained an unmanned sentry outpost in orbit of Skriixos V, the planet home to the Skriix, an aggressive species with the potential for interdimensional travel. The Initiative considered them a potential threat to the TransTech monopoly on interdimensional travel. Recently, the sentry outpost became collateral damage when a Recyclon incursion into Skriix space triggered a brief conflict that breached the outpost's Filtrek-K cloaking shield. One of the primary electro-cell banks was consequently damaged although the other was unharmed. The Initiative determined that while the outpost's lifetime had been shortened, the reduction would still not be a danger for hundreds of thousands of stellar cycles.
