Lightning rifle

Tentakil's dual slime lasers have helped him defeat many an Autobot. But since Piranacon already has a more potent and way grosser slime gun, Tentakil has to settle for transforming into a double-barreled lightning rifle in Targetmaster mode that fires 50,000V bolts of electricity. Meanwhile, the Predacon Rampage carries a more powerful 60,000V lightning rifle, which must really tick Tentakil and Piranacon off.

Notes
[edit]- For some reason, Tentakil's AtoZ profile in the Marvel UK 1989 Transformers annual completely omits any mention of his third mode, instead describing it as another weapon he carries in robot mode.
- When Tentakil was redecoed and reissued in the Timelines toyline as part of an exclusive Transformers Collectors' Club Piranaking giftset, his bio card revealed that his Targetmaster mode had been upgraded to a Mass-Compression Cannon.
