Luis Alberto Lugo (usually credited as Luis Lugo) (born October 20, 1959) is a Venezuelan voice actor. Examples of his roles include Martian Manhunter from the DC Comics Universe, Derek Powers from Batman Beyond, PandaBubba from Xiaolin Showdown, Gary Tan and Lupinex from Beyblade, Dr. Light from Teen Titans, and Professor WizGiz from Winx Club. In 2005, he temporarily retired from dubbing, but he came back in 2016.
