Miko Tezuka is an Autobot-allied human from the Japanese portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Miko Tezuka (手塚ミコ Tezuka Miko) is a rookie police officer in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, partnered with the Autobot exchange officer Clampdown. A free-spirited woman, she loves music, especially heavy metal.

In 2003, department head Saejima assigned Miko to partner with Clampdown. Over time, their partnership changed both for the better: the free-spirited Miko became more dedicated to justice while the serious Clampdown became more flexible. Miko assisted Clampdown in preserving the peace and safety of the Speedia 500 race on Velocitron. In particular, they pursued Scourge after his rough tactics left Road Hauler hurt on the side of the road. As the race neared its end, Miko and Clampdown watched as former champion Override took the lead and ultimately won. Velocitron Speedia 500 Part 2

In the second week of the race, Clampdown and Miko attempted to control the newly arrived trio of racers, only to fall into a chasm created by Crasher. They were able to be hauled out by Roadhauler. Velocitron Speedia 500 Part 3
