Mitsuaki Madono (真殿 光昭 Madono Mitsuaki, born July 28, 1964) is a Japanese voice actor. He can be largely recognized for the roles of Kon from Bleach, Mitsunari Yangisawa from Yu Yu Hakusho, Kenji Tsukino from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, Kaname Ougi from Code Geass, Sharpner from Dragon Ball Kai, Issei Ryudo from the Fate series, Masahiko Umezawa from Fighting Spirt, Siegfried from Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, Yoshinao from Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, Pizza/Soldât J from King of Braves GaoGaiGar, Koushaku "Papillon" Chouno from Buso Renkin, Graviton & Tim Gilliam from Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers, Faba in Pokemon: Sun and Moon, Marron Glace in Sorcerer Hunters, Tohru Adachi in Persona 4, and Noriaki Kakyoin, Iggy & many characters from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Capcom fighter.

As dubbing American cartoons and movies would go, he's also been heard as Kilowog from Justice League, Cosmo from The Fairly Oddparents, Ernie and Big Bird from the NHK dub of Sesame Street, Master Crane from Kung Fu Panda, Minion in Megamind, Billy Cranston from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Isaac in the Netflix Castlevania series, Tulio in Rio, Bentley in the first 2 Sly Cooper games and Kermit the Frog from The Muppets.
