If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

NTV is a television network that produces news and sports coverage, broadcasting in both America and Japan.

Marvel The Transformers comics

NTV appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.

On an NTV news bulletin, a female anchor informed viewers that due to heavy rains a landslide was threatening Pullen Power Plant, and the area had to be evacuated. She was unaware that Optimus Prime had assigned the Protectobots to guard it against Decepticon opportunism. The Special Teams Have Arrived

"THE PUBLIC IS HUNGRY FOR HANG GLIDING!"

NTV was (superlatively) covering the Mt Fuji Foothills Hang Gliding Competition Tournament when the Decepticon Blood attacked it. Blood was showing off his skills for the newly arrived Godmasters Hydra and Buster by attacking hang gliders in mid-air with precision strikes.

Obviously, these two news channels were created independent of one another, but for convenience, they are both listed here.
The Japanese NTV channel was the original broadcaster for nearly all of the Japanese Generation 1 Transformers shows, hence it being featured in Masterforce.
