Nightstick is an evil Autobot Targetmaster from the Shattered Glass continuity family.
Thankfully, the other guy's name is Krunix.

Nightstick is part of a new breed of Micromaster known as Targetmasters. He is the diminutive partner to the psychotic Ricochet.

When Ricochet decided to hatch a scheme to capture Megatron, Nightstick was by his side. Megatron arrived at the Temple of Knowledge after receiving what he thought had been a message from Boltax, but Ricochet stepped out of the darkness instead along with his small companion. Megatron was confident that he could easily overcome Ricochet and the diminutive Nightstick. Then, to his surprise, the Targetmaster weapon transformed and blasted the Decepticon leader, enabling his capture.

Optimus Prime was enraged when he heard about Ricochet's plan, and arrived to scold him. Things went awry when the Decepticon Micromasters broke up the party, and Megatron escaped his cage and managed to steal Nightstick. This proved to be a bad idea, however, as Nightstick was able to take control of Megatron's arm and start firing wildly. Prime then snatched up Megatron's weapon, Rumbler, and activated its sword. He charged, but Megatron was able to maneuver his body so the sword sliced through his wrist. Megatron's hand, and Nightstick, fell to the ground, and Megatron recalled Rumbler to his side.

Ricochet's plan had failed, and the Autobots retreated. Do Over

Nightstick was repurposed from the Exdimensions version of Prowl.
Part of a low-run regular-retail "Exdimensions" redeco of the Armada Emergency Mini-Con Team available only in Japan, Prowl transforms into a Cybertronian police car. He also has a third "pistol" mode that can be held by most larger Transformers that use 5mm holes as weapon-mounts.
He only came in a set with Firebot and Makeshift.
This mold was also used to make Checkpoint, Groove, Kingbolt, and Quasar.
