Exploring the empty streets of Kalis, Ultra Magnus and the Sparkabots noticed Neutrals watching them from a window in the old records building. Ultra Magnus wanted them to provide answers regarding the odd state Kalis was in, but even slamming the door with his fists wouldn't make them come out and talk. City of Fear!
