Orlando Drummond Cardoso (October 18, 1919July 27, 2021) was a Brazilian actor, comedian and voice actor. A legend in the local dubbing community, he spent over five decades voicing Scooby-Doo, other notable roles of his include Popeye, ALF, Hong Kong Phooey, Grim Reaper on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Owl, in Winnie the Pooh, Venger on Dungeons & Dragons, Cringer/Battlecat on He-Man & the Masters of the Universe, Sneezy in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Mr. Smee in Peter Pan, Sir Tuxford on Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Gargamel on The Smurfs and Commander Nebula in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command..
