Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu born November 7, 1930) is a Japanese voice actor. He often plays the part of elderly characters, such as Grandpa Gohan in Dragon Ball, Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell, Father Rinaldo in Hellsing Ultimate, Dr. Jotaro Honma in Black Jack, Professor Charles Xavier in Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers, Masaki Amamiya in Cardcaptor Sakura, Zenny in One Piece, Tengu in Dead or Alive, as well Seitaro Sakaki in Patlabor, Poseidon in Saint Seiya and Sergei Gurlukovich, The End and Code Talker in Metal Gear Solid franchise.
In the world of dubbing, he has played General Hawk in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and G.I.
