Patrick Donnay

Patrick Donnay (b. October 15, 1956) is a Belgian actor and theater director.

Aside from his roles in theater, he is active in dubbing. His voice roles include Ludger Pistor as Klause Krapp in Balko, Bill Bailey as Manny Bianco in Black Books and Peter Wingfield as James Watson in Sanctuary.

In animation, he is the French voice of Franklin's father in the Franklin animated series, Mr. Turner in The Fairly OddParents, Cham Syndulla in Star Wars Rebels and Laîmi in Saint Seiya, among other voice roles.
