During an island-wide panic induced by Huxley Prescott reporting an alien invasion, Perkins rang the fire station to report that moon people were eating his corn. Graham Burns and Boulder went to investigate in time to see the panicked Mr. Perkins leap out of the corn field, announcing that "they" were coming. The aliens in question turned out to be Mr. Bufkin's cows. He later tried to evacuate the island, but missed the ferry and was almost run down by an enthusiastic driver. Following the Velgrox invasion, Perkins was among the townsfolk who met to discuss the fate of the Rescue Bots. Bridge Building He was working on his plot while Boulder and Mrs. Rubio shared gardening tips. Vanishing Returns He attended the Brash Ball game in the town's new Insta-adium which was cut short when the stadium deflated.
