Russ Carney is an animation writer and occasional voice actor. He is one half of a writing duo with Ron Corcillo, and the pair have worked on a number of shows including the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Fanboy & Chum Chum, and D.C. Superhero Girls.
