Satoko Hanamura
- Satoko Hanamura is a human from Transformers × Dialect Girl: My Toys.

Satoko Hanamura (花村 サトコ Hanamura Satoko) is always tired. Being an editor at a big publishing company in Tokyo is a demanding enough job on its own, but it's even more demanding when the author you're assigned to is your younger cousin. And your roommate. And consumed by an obsession with Transformers toys.
Nevertheless, this is Satoko's lot in life, constantly trying to get Kahori to put down her toys and stop putting off her work. She does genuinely care for her cousin, though, and worries about her irresponsible and antisocial behaviors. She knows Kahori is tremendously talented and has so much potential, if only she'd be more willing to apply herself. Not to mention that if Kahori misses her deadlines, she's the one who's going to get chewed out.

[edit]Satoko was asked to host Kahori by her uncle, author Naoki Hanamura, and became Kahori's editor beginning with her first novel, Easy Lovin', but quickly grew irritated by the many issues stemming from Kahori's Transformers obsession. One night, Satoko came home to her apartment after a particularly long day, only to find Kahori had purchased an expensive display shelf, made no progress on her manuscript, hadn't done her laundry, was going on weeks without a haircut, and was starting to smell from not having bathed in days. Unwilling to let this stand, Satoko dragged Kahori to the bathroom and forcibly showered her off. She expressed worry about Kahori's ability to live on her own, reminding her that she wouldn't be able to take care of her forever. The next day, Satoko discovered Kahori had pulled an all-nighter and submitted her next two months' worth of manuscripts, much to her relief. My Toys Part 1
Some time after, Satoko was pleased that Kahori had made steady progress on her latest manuscript, but was shocked to find she had yet again spent a day playing with toys insead of working, and dragged her back to her room to finish. When Kahori discovered she had accidentally made an error in her story that would require a full rewrite, Satoko revealed that she had already anticipated the mistake a month ago and come up with a plot twist that would fix the issue while leaving the current draft largely unchanged. The next morning, Kahori suggested she and Satoko could collaborate more closely on a new novel, but Satoko quickly refused, preferring the comparative stability of her current job. My Toys Part 2
Satoko was later shocked to learn that Kahori had become friends with the superintendent of their apartment building, theorizing that all men must just be into robots. My Toys Part 3
