Scattorshot is an evil Autobot Technobot from the Shattered Glass continuity family.
Talk to the hand because the face ain't listening.

At first glance, Scattorshot seems like the sort of mech that would make you spring a leak if you encountered him on the battlefield. He's big, nasty, and is just as good at tactically plotting out destruction as he is at perpetrating it.

But it turns out it's all a front to cover up the fact that he's petrified by the thought of social interaction. He hopes someday he'll gain enough confidence to interact with the other Autobots normally. Until then, he'll settle for blustering his way through any social encounters he can't avoid, in the hope of saving face.

He combines with the other Technobots to form Computron.

Scattorshot and his Technobot teammates had followed Alpha Trion before the Old One was banished to another dimension. When Alpha Trion returned from his exile to his laboratory, the Technobots were among the ones who came to rejoin his service and help detain Breakaway, Landquake, and Topspin. Reunification: Part 1

When the three managed to escape, Scattorshot followed them out outside to look for them, but they were already long gone. He told Alpha Trion they could form Computron and catch up with them, but Alpha Trion told him they needed to relocate for the moment. Reunification: Part 2

Once the lab was relocated, however, Computron (including Scattorshot) was indeed sent out to find and deal with the three escapees. The three's most recent visitor Aquarius was able to delay Computron's arrival with a "slow time" bubble, but eventually the bubble faded and Computron tore the roof off the building the three had been hiding in. Reunification: Part 3 Computron then chased after the gestalt members and Aquarius as they made a run for it, until Abominus showed up to deal with Computron. Reunification: Part 4 Apparently Computron was either dealt with somehow or stepped aside, as Abominus was next seen facing Omega Doom. Reunification: Part 6
