ShÅzÅ Tajima
Shōzō Tajima (田島 莊三, Tajima Shōzō; born January 1, 1940 - January 28, 2021) was a Japanese sound director best known for his work in foreign dubbing. His most notable dubbing works included shows like Beverly Hills 90210, The Fall Guy, LA Law, The Adventures of the Gummi Bears, the 1988 Robocop animated series and the Bugs Bunny's Bucchigiri Stage dub of Looney Tunes. Tajima's film dubbing credits include the VHS dubs of Gremlins, Pee-wee's Big Adventure, The Sword in the Stone and Alice in Wonderland and the TV dubs for films like the original NTV broadcast dub of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, The TBS dub of Halloween, The Fuji TV dub of Judge Dredd, The TBS dub of Peter Pan, the Fuji TV of M*A*S*H and the TV Asahi dub of Mississippi Burning among many others.
