Workers at the oil refinery were startled when three helicopters dropped off an immense metal box. A group of Transformers, both Autobot and Decepticon emerged from the box and began tearing the place up and killing people left and right. The destruction was merely a demonstration of the power of the Transformers which Lazarus had managed to place under his control, and the footage was played to an appreciative crowd of bidders. Prime Directive #2 Optimus Prime and his newly revived Autobot troops helped clean up the mess. Spike questioned some of the survivors and pointed out to Prime that if the Transformers had never come to Earth, the destruction would never have happened. Prime Directive #3
