While on the way to meet Lightfoot after receiving a letter from him, Ginrai stopped at a gas station and asked the stand boy where British Motors was. The stand boy was bemused by Ginrai's ignorance of the famous automobile company, but cheerfully explained their popularity and told him that it was only ten more kilometers away. He also offered to fill up Ginrai's tank, but the trucker sped away before he had the chance to.
